The stage payments make it easier to manage cash flow and ensure that no stage is paid for until it is ready to progress.

Expandify Supply Payment Stages:

• 30% deposit on signing the contract
• 30% before the home leaves the offshore factory
• 30% upon delivery to your site
• 10% on final handover

Complete Package customers will also follow a separate builder payment schedule:

• 5% deposit when signing with the builder
• 45% once the home lands in Australia
• 50% after full installation and customer handover
