Calculated after your Preliminary Site Feasibility Check (Prelim) with your council conducted by Expandify, these may include:

• Foundation upgrades (e.g. deeper piers for H2/P soil types)
• Wind rating upgrades (e.g. N3, N4, or C2)
• Earthworks (e.g. cut and fill, access paths, slope levelling)
• Overlay reports (BAL, flood, acoustic if required)
• Council conditions (e.g. setbacks, easements, DA vs CDC pathway)
• Delivery surcharges (for sites beyond 100km from port)

You receive a fixed-price quote after site assessments are completed. This ensures no hidden fees or variation surprises later in the build process​.
