Expandify’s pricing is transparent and structured in two stages:
1. Base Package Pricing
- DIY Kit or Complete Package based on your chosen home model (e.g. Crest or Peak)
- Includes standard inclusions for that package
2. Site-Specific Adjustments
Calculated after your Preliminary Site Feasibility Check (Prelim) with your council conducted by Expandify, these may include:
- Foundation upgrades (e.g. deeper piers for H2/P soil types)
- Wind rating upgrades (e.g. N3, N4, or C2)
- Earthworks (e.g. cut and fill, access paths, slope levelling)
- Overlay reports (BAL, flood, acoustic if required)
- Council conditions (e.g. setbacks, easements, DA vs CDC pathway)
- Delivery surcharges (for sites beyond 100km from port)
You receive a fixed-price quote after site assessments are completed. This ensures no hidden fees or variation surprises later in the build process.
