Yes — crane hire is included for Complete Package customers as part of the standard installation process.

A 25-tonne Franna crane is used for most installations and is included in the builder's quoted price. This crane is suitable for level access sites with standard clearance and approach conditions. The crane hire is scheduled by Expandify and your builder based on your site's conditions and installation date.

In cases where:

• Your block has limited access
• Overhead powerlines or trees restrict movement
• Your driveway cannot support standard crane size

...a larger crane may be required. This is reviewed during the Site Assessment, and any upgraded crane fees are included in your quote.

DIY Kit customers must organise their own crane hire. Expandify provides all technical specifications and site placement diagrams to assist with this.
