To begin your Expandify project, you’ll need to pay:

• 30% deposit of the Expandify contract price upon signing
• 5% deposit to the builder (Complete Package customers only)

These payments secure your position in the next available batch and trigger your engineering, internal documentation, and build allocations.

Please note these are separate from earlier quoting stage fees:

• $495 Prelim — covers eligibility and planning review
• $5,000 Site Assessment — includes all required onsite reviews and planning inputs for quoting

Once the deposit is paid, no changes can be made to the selections or engineering without a variation and re-quote.
