Expandify follows a fixed-stage payment schedule to ensure clarity and predictability throughout the entire supply and installation process.
Expandify Supply Payments (for DIY Kit or Complete Package):
- 30% deposit upon contract signing
- 30% prior to factory dispatch
- 30% when the home is delivered to your site
- 10% at final handover after walkthrough and sign-off
Builder Installation Payments (for Complete Package only):
- 5% deposit when the builder contract is signed
- 45% when the home arrives at the Australian port
- 50% once installation is completed and certified
Builder fees are quoted separately to the Expandify contract but follow the same milestone structure for ease of planning.
