Yes — Expandify performs a structured, multi-stage inspection and sign-off process before any home is shipped from the factory.
Inspection phases include:
- Steel frame and subfloor QA — Engineering checks, welding accuracy, and anchoring
- Lock-up & fix-out QA — Internal walls, cabinetry, flooring, waterproofing, tiling, and sealing
- Service check — Electrical points, wiring, lights, exhausts, switches
- Final fit-out — Quality of installation, doors, hinges, finish trims, venting, seals
- Pre-shipping sign-off — Australian team completes compliance checklist and photos
Customers receive milestone photo updates via the Expandify customer portal, and may also request copies of the signed inspection reports and QA logs.
This process ensures that what arrives on-site is already compliant, complete, and ready to install — dramatically reducing build-day errors and delays.
