- Steel frame assembly and welding inspection
- Structural panel alignment and waterproofing checks
- Electrical and plumbing placement (as per drawings)
- Final fit-off and pre-shipping checks by our Australian certifier and builder
On-site inspections include:
- Foundation and footing verification on site
- Structural tie-down inspection during install
- Services compliance checks by licensed trades
- Final certifier inspection for Occupation Certificate sign-off
