Customers can request to delay their inclusion in a manufacturing batch if their site or personal planning isn't ready.

By default, Expandify assigns you to the next available batch once your contract is signed. However, if you're not ready for delivery, you may choose to skip that batch and enter a future one. This option is only available if your request is made before the batch cut-off date.

This is ideal if you're:

• Finalising finance or land ownership
• Waiting on council approvals or overlays
• Delaying due to weather or personal scheduling

Once the batch is finalised and your materials are ordered, changes cannot be made. You will receive an estimated production start date upon contract signing, with final confirmation provided once the batch is locked.
