Expandify homes are manufactured in an offshore factory setting under strict quality control, with our Australian-certified builder, engineer, and certifier team present during key stages of the build. Due to safety, scheduling, and offshore access limitations, site visits by customers are not permitted.

However, we provide regular updates throughout the production process, including:

• Video walkthroughs of the factory during key milestones
• High-quality photo documentation of the progress
• Updates shared directly via the customer portal and/or email

This ensures full visibility of your build without the need for in-person factory visits.
