Expandify provides customers with access to a dedicated online customer portal (via Buildertrend), where you can track the progress of your home in real time.
This portal includes:
- Key milestone updates during the build and delivery process
- Timeline tracking from contract through to installation
- Uploads of photos and documentation
- Messaging with your Expandify project coordinator
In addition to the portal, customers also receive regular communication from the team via email and phone at major stages including contract, production commencement, build completion, and delivery scheduling.
This ensures transparency across every stage of the process, from factory to final handover.
