The standard Expandify Site Assessment typically takes 2–3 weeks from the time of payment and provision of any requested site-specific information. This timeframe covers:
- Organising aerial surveys and drafting base site plans
- Coordinating with our local trades for service inspection (e.g. sewer, power, water)
- Reviewing council overlays and checking setbacks or access limits
- Preparing the initial site layout for Prelim submission
For metro or accessible locations, assessments can sometimes be completed faster depending on trade availability. For rural or regional sites, the process may extend to 3–4 weeks or more due to limited local contractor access, longer travel time for assessors, or delays in receiving council data like flood levels.
It’s important to note the Site Assessment must be completed before final pricing or contract is confirmed. This ensures all compliance, site preparation, and service connection costs are accurately calculated.
