The actual factory build timeline is 8 to 9 weeks, starting from the beginning of your batch cycle.

This construction phase includes:

• Steel frame assembly
• SIP panel and cladding installation
• Electrical and plumbing pre-fits
• Internal fit-out (kitchen, bathroom, laundry)
• Final inspections by the Expandify QA team

All builds occur in a controlled factory environment, overseen by licensed Australian trades who travel overseas to inspect each unit. Once construction is complete, the home is prepared for shipping.

Please note: Homes are manufactured in grouped batches of a minimum of 6 dwellings. Your start date is determined by your position in the queue and the number of confirmed contracts.
