All homes include:

• Glass-panelled smart light switches
• Smart-enabled WiFi powerpoints

These can be controlled manually or via app, depending on your internet connection and preferred smart home setup. No additional upgrades are needed to activate this functionality.

Customers may also expand their smart system post-install using compatible devices like smart bulbs, cameras, or thermostats, but these are not supplied by Expandify.
