Expandify homes come with high-quality flooring as part of the standard inclusions. The flooring type is fixed within each model’s package and is selected for its durability, visual appeal, and compatibility with the installation process.

At this stage, alternate flooring options (such as switching from hybrid timber-look to tile or vinyl) are not available. This is due to the way homes are manufactured off-site in a batch process, where all homes in a production cycle must share the same internal specifications.

Customers looking to install a different flooring type after handover may do so independently, but any post-installation changes are not covered under Expandify’s fixtures and fittings warranty. We strongly recommend reviewing the sample flooring in person at the display or brochure before finalising your order.
