No — Colorbond roofing is not offered as part of the Expandify home system.

All Expandify homes use a 75mm rockwool-filled structural sandwich panel roof, which is engineered to meet NCC requirements for insulation, weatherproofing, and BAL 12.5 bushfire compliance. This roofing system is not interchangeable with Colorbond or other traditional roofing materials.

Roof panel colour options are fixed and selected by the Expandify team based on your site's energy rating and climate zone. Two colours are available:

• White (typically supplied for warmer northern climates to reduce heat gain)
• Dark Grey (typically supplied for cooler southern climates or by default if no energy report preference is required)

This system ensures optimal thermal efficiency and compliance. Customers cannot select a Colorbond finish or alternate roofing material.
