Yes — one-bedroom layouts are available for customers who prefer a smaller, more open design.

The Crest model (50sqm) and the Peak model (80sqm) can both be configured with a one-bedroom floor plan. These designs eliminate one or more bedrooms in favour of larger living spaces, open-plan kitchen/dining areas, or dedicated offices. The one-bedroom configuration is ideal for singles, couples, or those using the home as a retreat, studio, or guest suite.

You can request this layout option during the quoting process. There is no difference in base price, as the structure size remains the same. You will still receive the full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and other internal fit-out items.
