No — Expandify homes do not include a pre-installed TV point or coaxial cabling as part of the standard fit-out.
Television and data connections (such as antenna cabling, NBN points, or LAN wiring) are not included in either the Complete Package or DIY Kit. Customers who require a TV point should organise this separately after installation, using a licensed local contractor.
This approach ensures greater flexibility, allowing you to choose antenna types, locations, and service providers based on your own usage and signal conditions. Builders and electricians in your area can easily add this after handover.
Can I add more lighting?
No — additional lighting beyond the standard inclusions is not currently offered by Expandify during the quoting or manufacturing process.
Each home comes with a fixed lighting layout, using dimmable LED downlights throughout the interior. The lighting plan is pre-engineered and factory-installed for consistency and compliance, and modifications are not available pre-delivery.
Customers seeking additional lighting must arrange these works after handover, following NCC guidelines and local regulations. Expandify does not provide add-on lighting options at quoting stage.
