Yes — all Expandify homes include standard metal flyscreens on all windows and sliding doors as part of the base package.

These are:

• Factory-installed and included on all glazed openings
• Fine metal mesh screens designed for ventilation and insect control
• Suitable for both DIY Kit and Complete Package installations

However, Expandify does not include security screens (such as diamond grille or Crimsafe-style screens) as part of the standard inclusions.

Important Notes:

• Security screen upgrades are not available through Expandify at this time
• Customers wishing to install security screens can do so after handover through a local supplier
• These modifications do not affect your structural warranty but must comply with window frame specifications if retrofitting
