• Detached offices or creative studios
• Training rooms or garden pods
• Display suites or open-plan commercial builds

Bathroom removal:

• Must be confirmed during the quoting and design stage
• Will affect plumbing configuration and compliance
• Reduces the overall dwelling cost

It’s available for both DIY and Complete Package customers, but homes without bathrooms may require alternative certification pathways (e.g. Class 10a non-habitable structure).
