Yes. Every Expandify home comes standard with a raked ceiling ranging from 2.4m to 2.7m high. This is a core design element and applies across all home sizes and layout versions (including Crest and Peak models).

Unlike flat-pack or flat-ceiling modular builds, Expandify’s expandable homes integrate a sloped, raked ceiling into the steel frame during manufacturing. This feature cannot be modified, removed, or flattened due to the structural role it plays in the home’s frame integrity and drainage design.
