Yes — underfloor insulation is included as standard in all Expandify homes, regardless of whether you purchase a DIY Kit or a Complete Package.
The insulation system includes:
- Integrated underfloor insulation boards, installed in the factory
- PU sandwich panel walls and roof, providing high thermal performance
- Compliant with NCC Class 1a energy efficiency requirements
No additional installation is required on-site. This ensures your home meets certification requirements for thermal performance from the day it's installed.
