Yes — all Expandify homes include external lighting as a standard inclusion.
Each home comes with:
- 4 front wall-mounted LED lights for entry and patio illumination
- 2 rear wall-mounted LED lights for stairs and access safety
These exterior lights are factory-installed and hardwired during construction. Their positions are fixed and selected for optimal coverage and compliance with safety and energy codes.
No further selection is required, and the external lighting is included in both the Complete Package and DIY Kit with no additional cost.
