Yes — powerpoints are included throughout all Expandify homes and follow a fixed layout based on the room use and floor plan configuration.

Each home includes:

• Powerpoints in all bedrooms, living spaces, and kitchen
• Dedicated kitchen outlets for common appliances
• External powerpoints on the patio (one per home)

All GPOs (General Power Outlets) are double outlets and installed in accordance with Australian Standards. Additional powerpoints can be requested at $25 each if needed, and must be added during quoting.

The number and locations are predetermined but adequate for general living. Custom relocation is not available.
