No — Expandify homes must not be installed on a concrete slab.
All homes require underfloor access for plumbing and electrical services. Slabs prevent proper installation of these systems and are not compatible with our design.
This is a non-negotiable requirement. Homes installed on a slab will not meet Expandify’s certification conditions and cannot proceed.
