Air conditioning is not included as standard in any Expandify package. However, reverse-cycle split systems can be added during the quoting phase as an optional upgrade.

These are surface-mounted and installed by the builder’s licensed subcontractor after the home is delivered and installed on-site. The internal wiring allows for connection but does not include pre-installed AC units unless this is specifically quoted and approved prior to contract.
