No — Expandify homes do not include any structured data cabling as part of the standard fit-out.

This means there are no pre-installed connections for NBN, LAN (Ethernet), antenna, or coaxial outlets in either the DIY Kit or Complete Package. These services are not provided by Expandify or our builder network and must be organised separately by the customer after installation.

If you require NBN or network access:

• You can arrange for a local licensed data technician or cabler to complete installation post-handover.
• This work is typically done after the home is fully installed and weather-sealed, during your general utility connection stage.
• Wall cavities and access points can be discussed with your technician — our wall systems do allow for post-installation wiring with the correct tools and techniques.

Some customers also choose to use wireless solutions (e.g. Wi-Fi mesh, 4G/5G routers) in place of wired LAN or NBN cabling, depending on their location and usage needs.

Expandify does not coordinate or certify data or media cabling. This falls outside our scope and is not required for NCC Class 1a compliance.
