Modwood is a wood-plastic composite designed to look like timber while offering far greater durability and reduced maintenance. It’s:

• Fade- and rot-resistant

No timber decking options are available, even by request. This ensures quality consistency across all homes and simplifies the warranty and installation process.

The Modwood is included on the patio and stair access as standard for all home models and is pre-installed as part of the builder’s installation scope.
