Expandify currently offers two standard home sizes:

• The Crest: 50sqm internal area
• The Peak: 80sqm internal area

If you require additional space, the 80sqm Peak model offers up to 4 bedrooms and various internal layout options. For larger setups, some customers choose to install two units with a breezeway between them (e.g. a 50sqm and 80sqm combination).

Custom home sizes like 60sqm or 70sqm are not currently offered but are in development for a future release. Expandify recommends selecting the closest standard model and customising the internal layout where possible.
