All Expandify homes come standard with Modwood composite decking included on the front and rear patio areas if ordered with decks, as well as to any required stair access points. Modwood is a premium low-maintenance composite material that resists fading, warping, and termite damage — offering excellent durability with no ongoing sealing or staining required.

This composite decking is pre-installed during the installation process and is included as part of both the Complete Package and DIY Kit. No upgrade or selection is required — it forms part of the standard inclusions and is factory-matched to suit the selected home model.

Decking is only installed on the patio (1.8m depth) and stairs. Currently custom wraparound decks are not currently offered.
