• Insulated sandwich panel construction, integrating insulation into the roof cavity
• Concealed fixings and structural tie-downs, engineered for durability and wind compliance
• Certified for solar loads, allowing the future addition of solar panels (excluding patios)

The roof material is not Colorbond or standard tin — it is a proprietary steel panel system purpose-designed for Expandify’s folded delivery method. It arrives fully integrated into the structure and does not require additional roof cladding installation.
