All Expandify homes feature raked ceilings as a standard architectural feature — this means the ceiling slopes upwards from the front to the rear of the home.

Standard dimensions:

• Lowest point: 2.4 metres (typically above the front wall)
• Highest point: 2.7 metres (at rear of the dwelling)

These heights apply to both:

• Crest (50sqm) model
• Peak (80sqm) model

There is no flat ceiling option currently available. Wet areas such as bathrooms and laundries follow the same raked profile unless design-modified for compliance or accessibility.

All ceilings are fully lined with the same pre-finished internal panel system used throughout the home, creating a clean, modern finish that maximises the sense of space.
