Expandify homes currently come in two standard sizes, designed to suit a range of living, rental, or secondary dwelling needs:

• The Crest (50sqm): This model includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and living space. The external footprint measures approximately 7.14m wide x 6.8m deep, with an included 1.8m deep Modwood patio.
• The Peak (80sqm): This larger model includes options for three or four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, and a spacious living and dining area. It measures approximately 11.54m wide x 6.8m deep, also including a 1.8m Modwood patio.

While 60sqm or 70sqm options are not currently offered, additional sizes may be introduced in 2026. Each model is designed to comply with Class 1a building standards and can be used for primary residences, granny flats, or Airbnb-style rentals, depending on local council approvals.
