All Expandify homes are manufactured in our exclusive partner facility in China, with oversight provided by Expandify’s dedicated Australian-based team.

At each batch cycle, the following professionals are on-site in the factory:

• A licensed Australian builder
• An Australian engineer
• A licensed building certifier experienced in Class 1a compliance

These team members conduct:

• Multi-stage physical inspections — steel frame, fix-out, services, finishes
• NCC-aligned checklist reviews
• Compliance sign-offs based on Australian construction and certification standards

Each stage is documented and must be passed before moving to the next. Final quality control and certification are completed before the home is cleared for shipping.
