EXPANDIFY BUILD PROCESS

1. Preliminary Services
We will conduct a preliminary site review and arrange a feasibility report with our building certification partner to ensure your project will meet local council requirements.
Delivered within 5–7 days of payment / Cost: $600.00

2. Build Consultation
Providing council requirements are met and you decide to proceed, we will transition to the Build Consultation phase, coordinating the necessary site surveys, checks, tests, and plans for your project.
Delivered within 3–4 weeks of payment / Cost: $6,300.00

3. Finalising your Build Plans
Once the reports and assessments (site survey, soil test, wind test, etc.) are returned, you’ll be invited to visit our display yard or join an online meeting to finalise and confirm your build plans.

4. Contract Preparation
Using the items gathered in earlier stages, we can provide clarity on your specific requirements and identify any elements that are beyond the standard inclusions.
Invoices Issued: 30% of Dwelling fee 5% of Building Installation fee

5. Batch Allocation
Once your build contract is finalised, your project is allocated to a batch production schedule. This ensures your home is manufactured as part of a quality-assured production run, maintaining compliance and consistency.

6. Build Completion
Your home or granny flat is constructed to the specified design and undergoes certification and thorough quality control inspections, carried out by our Australian-based team to ensure compliance with Australian standards.
Delivered within 8–10 weeks of Batch Allocation | Progress Payment: 30% for Dwelling

7. Shipping To Your Nearest Capital
Once complete, your build is carefully packed and shipped to the nearest major capital city port ready for transport to your location. We manage all shipping logistics to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Delivered within 5–6 weeks of Completion
Progress Payment: 30% for Dwelling 45% for Building Installation Fee

8. Arrival Onsite & Installation
Complete Package: Your home arrives at your site, and our QBCC licensed installation team begin the dwelling installation process.
DIY: Your building will be delivered directly to your site, allowing you to begin your DIY Expandify installation project.
Delivered within 1–4 weeks of Completion

9. Handover & Move In
Once installation is complete, we conduct a final clean and walk-through with you to ensure everything is in place and meets your expectations. We then hand over the keys, and your new modular home or granny flat is ready for you to move in!
Final Invoices: 10% for Dwelling 50% for Building Installation Fee
