Yes — if a customer delays their delivery or install date after manufacturing is complete, Expandify may apply a weekly storage fee for holding the unit.
This fee is determined case by case based on:
- Storage duration
- Builder or site availability
- Port holding fees and space limitations
There is no penalty for rescheduling due to weather, council delays, or unavoidable circumstances. Customers should notify Expandify as early as possible to avoid batching or transport conflicts.
